January 15, 2017 | 40 songs

Ed Sheeran bookends the top 10, Rihanna and Sia's former chart-toppers rebound.

Ed Sheeran makes an impressive 20 spot jump and reaches #1 for the first time with "Shape of You". The track is one of two singles released from his upcoming third studio album, ÷. The second song released, "Castle on the Hill" also makes a big 14 spot jump into the top 10. It's the first time the British singer-songwriter has had two songs inside the top 10 at the same time.

The Weeknd's "I Feel It Coming" drops to #2, but continues it's impressive run, spending all of it's seven weeks on the chart in the top two positions. Another Starboy track spends another week inside the top 10, as "Secrets" drops to #7 from it's #5 peak. Former #1 "Starboy", which features Daft Punk just like "...Coming", drops to #15 after a 15 week run inside the top 10. "False Alarm" drops to #31, but "Reminder", debuts at #37, giving Abel Tesfaye 5 songs this week on the chart.

Two #1 hits re-enter the top 10 this week. First up is Sia's "The Greatest", which rebounds from #14 to #3. The song, which features Kendrick Lamar, already spent three weeks at #1. The next This is Acting single, "Move Your Body", re-enters at #29, and has reached a #14 peak so far. Rihanna's "Love on the Brain" also returns to #8, and has spent an impressive 31 weeks on the chart.

Bebe Rexha's "I Got You" drops for the first time in it's short chart-life, down a single spot to #4. Shakira follows her with a pair of tracks as "Chantaje", featuring Maluma drops from #2 to #5 and #1 hit "La Bicicleta", which is a collaboration between the singer and fellow Colombian Carlos Vives, dropping two spots to #6 this week.

Clean Bandit's "Rockabye" drops 3 spots to #9, tying it's lowest rank to date. Anne Marie and Sean Paul have other songs on the chart this week; "Alarm" re-enters at #39 while "No Lie", featuring Dua Lipa, moves up 30-23.

Other key movements include Lady Gaga's "John Wayne", which is up to #14, it's highest rank to date; Ariana Grande's next single from Dangerous Woman, "Everyday" is now up to #12, while Alan Walker's "Alone" stays put at #11, and both tracks are looking strong for top 10 positions soon. Another Ariana Grande song reaches the chart for the first time this week, "Touch It", at #38.

This week's top debut is The Weeknd's "Reminder", but Adele makes a strong comeback as "Water Under the Bridge" re-enters at #25.

Three Chainsmokers tracks drops this week from the chart: "Don't Let Me Down", "Roses" and "Closer", but "Setting Fires" re-enters at #32, it's highest rank to date, and their new single "Paris", should make a strong debut next week.
