My Top 50 - 01/14/2018

January 14, 2018 | 50 songs

"Finesse" goes #1 for Bruno Mars and Cardi B.

The new remix of Bruno Mars' "Finesse" follows up a #8 debut with a jump to #1. It becomes Mars' second #1 hit following his collaboration with Mark Ronson, "Uptown Funk" which spent four weeks at the top spot. For Cardi B it marks her first trip to the top of the chart. She's also on this week's #17, G-Eazy's "No Limit", while #28, "Bartier Cardi" marks her personal high as the lead artist, besting "Bodak Yellow" which reached #31. Last but not least, Migos and Nicki Minaj join her on "Motorsport", this week's #35.

Camila Cabello finishes a ten week run at #1 with "Havana", dropping to #2. Next single "Never Be The Same" moves up one spot to #6.

"Anywhere" jumps to the top three for the first time, matching the highpoint of "Lonely Together" for Rita Ora. Two more female leads complete the top five: "New Rules" moves down one spot for Dua Lipa at #4, while Halsey slides down to #5 from the #2 peak of "Bad at Love".

Post Malone gets a new peak with "Rockstar", which moves to #7, while Selena Gomez and Marshmello drop to #8 with "Wolves". Marshmello earns greatest gainer honors with Khalid, jumping twenty four spots to #18 with "Silence".

G-Eazy and Halsey jump to #9 with "Him & I" on it's sixth chart week, while Ed Sheeran closes the top 10 with "Perfect", down five to #10.

Below top 10, Dua Lipa's "IDGAF" moves up to #14, and should increase thanks to it's newly released music video next week, while Khalid's "Young Dumb & Broke" jumps from #21 to #15.

SZA earns her first top 20 hit as a lead, with "The Weekend" (the song is charting on remixed form with Calvin Harris, but both that version and the original are getting points). SZA also gets this week's highest debut with Kendrick Lamar on "All the Stars" at #24.
