Third week at #1 for "Happier" amid major jumps and debuts.
Marshmello and Bastille enjoy a third week at #1 with their hit "Happier". The EDM collaboration holds of former chart-topper "Electricity" once again, as the Silk City/Dua Lipa track stays at #2 again. In fact, the entire top 4 is exactly as it was one week ago, with "breathin" at #3 for Ariana Grande and "Lost in Japan" at #4 for Shawn Mendes. Grande's track spent a week at #1, while Mendes' peaked at #2, but with a brand new video it might rival that soon.
Rita Ora earns her fourth top 5 hit with "Let You Love Me". The track from her upcoming album, Phoenix, follows #1 hit "Your Song" and two more top three hits with "Anywhere" and the Avicii collaboration "Lonely Together".
Dua Lipa again, this time giving k-pop act BLACKPINK their first top 10 hit with "Kiss and Make Up". The track, from Dua Lipa - The Complete Edition, outpeaks "Want To", another new track from the edition that reached #10 and is still inside top 20. The last new track from it, "Running" also debuts on the chart this week near the bottom.
Maroon 5 and Cardi B slide two with "Girls Like You" to #7. Cardi's new single "Money" starts at #50 this week. Ariana Grande again at #8 with "God is a woman", which already topped the chart for two frames.
Dean Lewis gets his first top 10 hit with "Be Alright", which jumps two to #9. Meanwhile Little Mix and Nicki Minaj return to the top 10 with "Woman Like Me", which reaches a new highpoint of #10. Little Mix was there as recently as last week with "Only You", their collaboration with Cheat Codes, but it had been a while for Nicki.
Bazzi's "Beautiful" featuring Camila Cabello slides down to #11 after reaching #8 last week, due to strong competition; LSD's "Thunderclouds" moves up to #12, just above Halsey's "Without Me" and the weeks top debut at #14, "1999" by Charli XCX and Troye Sivan. All look set on a top 10 rank next week.
Normani with Calvin Harris, Major Lazer, Zara Larsson and Lauren Jauregui all debut this week on the chart with new tracks. It's Jauregui's first solo entry, at #45, with her debut single "Expectations". Jauregui recently had one last top 20 hit with Fifth Harmony on "Don't Say You Love Me". The group, where Normani was also a member, got three #1 hits. Normani debuts both of her Calvin Harris collabs, leading the way with "Slow Down" at #24. She previously visited top 20 with Khalid on "Love Lies".
