Bulgaria's Hottest 10 Singles (W/E 06/02/2020)

This is an unofficial chart, compiled by me, highlighting the 10 biggest tracks in Bulgaria right now. Due to the lack of an official Bulgarian singles chart, apart from an airplay only one, this is the closest thing we can get to a true representation of the musical landscape in the country. The data is based on Spotify/Apple Music streams, YouTube views, and airplay data, all coming from official sources.

Highlights of the week:

• Eminem cruises to a second week at No. 1 on both the singles and the albums chart, thus claiming a chart-double for a second consecutive week. 'Godzilla', featuring the late Juice WRLD, is the rapper's first posthumous release, and his first No. 1 on the Bulgarian charts.
• This means Roddy Ricch spends a second week at No. 2, once again blocked from reaching the top spot. 'The Box' is the rapper's first appearance on the charts.
• SAINt JHN's 'Roses' rebounds 5-3, after reaching that peak earlier in January; Future and Drake drop 3-4 with 'Life Is Good', and former No. 1 'Dance Monkey' by Tones and I backtracks 4-5.
• The Weeknd's 'Blinding Lights' is in contention of becoming his first UK No. 1, already having reached the top in 10 other countries around the world. Looking to replicate the success of his previous chart-topper 'Heartless' here as well, it leaps 8-6.
• The lead single off of her upcoming studio album 'Physical', 'Don't Start Now' by Dua Lipa rises 9-7; meanwhile, Travis Scott backtracks 6-8 with 'HIGHEST IN THE ROOM'.
• A monumental success at the Grammy Awards causes a surge of interest in Billie Eilish's discography, as 'everything i wanted', aided by an official video release, leaps 23-9, and 'bad guy' jumps 27-12. Four other singles of hers also re-enter the Top 100.
• Rounding off the top 10, Trevor Daniel returns to the top 10, gaining 15-10, after peaking at No. 6 in late December.
