My Favourite Songs of the First Half of 2018: http://crownnote.com/charts/gameskiller01/my-favourite-songs-of-the-first-half-of-2018
Top albums of the week:
1) Post Malone - 'beerbongs & bentleys' (=)
2) Drake - 'Scorpion' (=)
3) Jorja Smith - 'Lost & Found' (=)
4) Bebe Rexha - 'Expectations' (=)
5) Various Artists - 'Black Panther: The Album' (=)
Ariana Grande's 'God is a woman' becomes the joint 4th longest running #1 ever on my charts as it racks up its 3rd consecutive week at the top. It's joint with Eminem & Ed Sheeran's 'River', and is behind Camila Cabello's 'She Loves Control' and Marshmello & Anne-Marie's 'FRIENDS' in joint 2nd place with 4 consecutive weeks, and Camila's 'Havana' in 1st with 8 non-consecutive weeks. It's unlikely to fall from #1 at the moment, so it could become the sole 2nd longest #1 ever on my charts if it can hold on for just 2 more weeks! Bazzi & Camila Cabello hold at #2 with 'Beautiful', as does Drake at #3 with 'Mob Ties'. Post Malone's '92 Explorer' rebounds 2 places to #4, while Jorja Smith's 'Blue Lights' climbs 2 to another new peak of #5.
Further down the Top 10 there are 2 big climbers that enter the region for the first time. The first is the week's highest climber, as benny blanco, Halsey & Khalid's 'Eastside' blasts up 17 places to reach #8. This is benny blanco's 1st Top 10, Halsey's 2nd and Khalid's 3rd. Just below that at #9 is Jorja Smith's 'Teenage Fantasy', which climbs a further 9 places after being last week's highest climber with a 14 place climb to give Jorja Smith her 2nd simultaneous Top 10 hit from 'Lost & Found'. Just outside of the Top 10 Ed Sheeran's 'Bloodstream' rebounds again, up 3 places to #14 on its record-extending 66th week on the chart.
Further down the Top 20 are the joint 2nd highest climbers of the week, both up 11 places. The first is Post Malone's 'Candy Paint', which reaches a new peak of #17 after re-entering a few weeks ago and gives Post Malone his 11th Top 20 hit. The 2nd is Jax Jones & Mabel's 'Ring Ring', which follows a 7 place climb last week with an 11 place climb this week to reach #19. At #22 Camila Cabello's 'She Loves Control' rebounds a further 2 places, as does Drake's 'God's Plan' at #27 and Post Malone's 'Sugar Wraith' at #38. The Weeknd & Kendrick Lamar's 'Pray For Me' rebounds 3 places to #30, as does Steel Banglez' 'Your Lovin'' at #33, while the only new entry of the week is Nina Nesbitt's 'Loyal to Me' at #34. Post Malone's 'beerbongs & bentleys' spends its 15th non-consecutive week at #1 on the albums chart, while Post has 10 or more songs on the chart for the 16th consecutive week, with 13 this week.
Thanks for reading everyone! :D

Hey Piran! 'God is a woman' is pretty stable right now, even with the big debut for 'Beautiful' last week and the upcoming big debuts for the 2 Ariana tracks, so I think it has a pretty good chance of becoming my longest consecutive #1 ever! The current record is jointly held by 'Havana', 'She Loves Control' and 'FRIENDS', all of which spent 4 consecutive weeks at #1, and I think that 'God is a woman' should make it to 5 at least! I doubt it'll beat 'Havana's total, though, since it spend 8 non-consecutive weeks at #1.
That's crazy that we should have the same 3 Ariana tracks in our Top 10s! I really like those 3 tracks from 'Sweetener', as well as 'no tears left to cry', but sadly the rest of the album was pretty disappointing for me. Those are the only 4 tracks that are even likely to chart next week, though at least 3 of them should be in the Top 5.
Hey Gameskiller! I absolutely love this new chart of yours. :)
I really like that 'God Is A Woman' is set to hold at #1 again next week & that we should have the same three Ariana songs inside our Top 10s!
'Eastside' taking that massive leap this week is also amazing to see!
My next chart will be up in about an hour from now, so I'll post a message on the group chat when it's up.
Have a good remainder of the weekend.
