Notes:
- "Pressure" by: Youngblood Hawke spends its 2nd week atop the chart. It looks to stay there for quite awhile. The Top 6 stay put from last week.
- "Talk Dirty" by: Jason Derulo (feat. 2 Chainz) climbs 11-7. With the release of Jason's new album, Talk Dirty, the song should continue to climb next week. 5 songs from the album are on the On the Rise chart, and one from the internationalTattoos debuted.
- With summer weather approaching, some songs are getting the summer treatment.
- "Good as Gold" by: Talay Riley (feat. Scorcher) is one of the songs to get the summer treatment. It hops 15-11, where a few weeks ago it was in danger of leaving the chart. "Good as Gold" is one of my go-to summer songs, so it could be here for its 3rd year straight.
- New Politics' "Tonight You're Perfect" takes a fall from the top 10, going 7-12.
- "On Top" by: Flume (feat. T. Shirt) leads the pack of debuts at #13. This song is on the MLB 14: The Show soundtrack (best game series eva), and should be one of few from the game to make the chart, like every year.
- With the summer weather coming, "Summer" by: Calvin Harris makes an appropriate entry on the chart after spending 5 weeks on the On the Rise chart. It debuts at #16. Calvin has been on the chart quite a bit, with "Feels So Close", "Sweet Nothing", "Drinking From the Bottle", "Under Control" & "Thinking About You".
- Andy Grammer debuts at #17 with the lead single to his second album, "Back Home". This is Andy's third entry following "Fine By Me" & "Miss Me". Both of those hit the top 10.
- "Side FX" by: Jason Derulo (feat. Game) makes its long-awaited debut on the chart. It has been on the On the Rise chart for numerous weeks, even before my first post here on Pulse. This is one of the songs that takes a long time for it to debut, or even debut at all, because of the fact I just completely forget lol. Next week could see Jason scoring two more songs on the chart.
- "Let Go" by: SafetySuit is looking at its final week on the chart. With a few songs likely to debut, this will be the odd ball out. This song has been on the chart every week since January 2012.
- "Rather Be" by: Clean Bandit (feat. Jess Glynne) takes a slide out of the top 20 from #13. I've been getting a little annoyed with the song already and it's starting to burn on me. But once this starts ripping through the charts on CHR in the near future, it will more than likely come back.
