Hey Piran! It's good to see 'Don't Feel Like Crying' stay at #1 for another week, and 'Dancing With a Stranger' and 'Sweet but Psycho' complete the Top 3. That climb for 'Saturday Nights', though - wow! You weren't kidding when you said it grew on you a lot! Is that 36 place climb the highest ever on your charts? I do also really like the big climb for 'Don't Call Me Up', and the debuts for Cascada are cool, but what caused them? I like Ariana's debut at #37, and I really like that she's set to have 5 songs in your Top 10 next week at the moment! It's great that your 3 favourite new tracks from 'thank u, next' are the exact same as mine as well, just in a different order! Great chart again! :D

Hey Gameskiller! Thanks for the comment as usual. :) The Top 2 were actually really close this week, so with 'Who Do You Love?' & all of the tracks from 'Thank U, Next' coming in this week, the predictions are going to be kind of hard to determine over the next couple of weeks, haha! It's actually the second greatest gain ever, since 'Que Sera' by Justice Crew jumped 40-3 one week, so 'Saturday Nights' came very close as you can see. 'Don't Call Me Up' might've had a shot at the Top 10, but Ariana Grande is probably going to hold that song back unfortunately. Regarding Cascada, I actually saw them the Friday before last since they were in Bristol (where I go to Uni), so that's what caused three of their songs to make my Top 40 as well as getting both #1 & #2 in my throwbacks list, but not too sure how long they'll stick around for! I'm glad we share similar thoughts on 'Thank U, Next' as a whole & that the album should have a big impact on both of our upcoming charts. I'll see you soon mate!

Shame to see "Update" take its leave, but I'm glad it still did decently. Random Cascada entries, I see. I love "Everytime We Touch" though. I also love the debuts for "bury a friend" and "Into You".
Sun, 02/10/2019 - 12:39pm
Hey Naos! :) Yeah, 'Update' had a much better run that I would've expected, but it's done now unfortunately. I actually saw Cascada live when they were in Bristol a couple of Fridays back, hence why they made it on my main chart as well as my throwbacks list! 'Into You' is technically a re-entry if we backdate my charts for before when I had Crown Note (same for the Cascada songs). I see 'Into You' staying put next week since the only Ariana I've been listening to this week are the unreleased tracks from her new album, as my predictions show, haha! Not too sure about 'Bury A Friend' getting anymore traction on my charts though. See you on the BB200 article a little later, if it posts tonight! Thanks for the comment as usual by the way.

Hey Piran, good to see you again! I love your chart this week :D. It's great that 'Dancing With a Stranger' holds on to #2 and that 'Sweet But Psycho' re-enters the Top 3, boosting it's lead on Year-End chart! I haven't heard 'Saturday Nights' by Khalid, but jumping 36 spots is certainly interesting so I'll definitely add that song to 'Watch Later'!. Good to see 'Swan Song' holding on to #5 and '7 rings' losing two places. I hope that your chart won't be as affected by Ariana's album next week! :). I'm happy that 'Hello My Love' and 'Giant' are still at good positions, but I didn't expect that 'Sunflower' would go 8-23! I'm shocked to see 'Evacuate the Dancefloor', isn't that song from 2009.? I'm very, very happy to see 'Fuego' re-enter the chart. It's mid-February so the Eurovision season is officially ON and I don't have to tell you again it's by far my favorite time of the year, so expect a ESC takeover!

Hey RandomGuy! Good to see you too. :) I'm glad you're so positive on the chart overall! 'Dancing With A Stranger' is still leading the race for #1 next week, even if it's only just hanging in there! 'Sweet But Psycho' still has a very comfortable lead on my Year-End chart so far, with only 'Don't Feel Like Crying' being a threat so far. Regarding 'Saturday Nights', it actually got the second highest weekly climb in my Top 40 ever, but yeah, Khalid's lower range R&B vocals along with the acoustic production are a good fit. I prefer the original compared to the Kane Brown remix though! 'Swan Song' should stick around in the Top 10 for at least a couple more weeks in total, but '7 Rings' should too! In fact, if you saw my predictions for next week, Ariana could hold half of the Top 10 with her new album. I expect 'Giant' & 'Hello My Love' to continue their slow losses, but yeah, 'Sunflower' is dropping fast & might even be gone entirely by the end of the month! The reason 'Evacuate The Dancefloor' & other Cascada songs came back this week was because I saw them live when they came to Bristol (my University city!) a couple of Friday back! I went with friends on my course & the atmosphere was absolutely incredible. Haha, yeah, for as much as 'Toy' grew on me, I still stand by the belief that 'Fuego' totally deserved to win last year! The countdown to Eurovision has well & truly begun now that the UK have selected their entry ('Bigger Than Us' by Michael Rice). See you soon mate!

I'm glad to see that Sam Smith's and Normani's smash collab' might go #1 next week! I'm curious to know which song has the highest weekly climb ever then?! I have seen your predictions for next week, I might actually give a chance to Ariana's new album. Who knows, maybe I'll find a song that I'll like! This is time of the year when a lot of songs are getting released and there's also Eurovision which could have a chart of it's own for me! I'm sad to hear that 'Sunflower' is on it's way out, is there any reason for it's express colapse? That's awesome to hear, happy to hear you've enjoyed them! :). There is a Michael Buble concert in Zagreb in September, I might consider to go there! Unfortunately, my opinion on 'Toy' hasn't improved. In fact, it's not even inside my Top 10 entries from 2018 contest, without hating on the song, I just don't like it. I was 'Team Fuego' all the way, I even voted 13 times for it. I'm pretty sad that none of my favorite entries have won for now three years in a row. My favorite 2018 entries, excluding 'Fuego' which peaked at #2 on my chart, were 'Nobody But You' (peaked at #1 and was very succesful till my last chart on 17th June 2018 and finished 3rd in the contest), 'Dance You Off' (7th place), 'Tu Cancion', 'When We're Old', 'You Let Me Walk Alone'. As for 2017, I wanted Kristian Kostov and 'Beautiful Mess' to win, but unfortunately Kostov finished 2nd. The last winner that's also my favorite song is 2015 'Heroes', which is also one of my all-time favorite ESC songs and Mans Zelmerlow made out to be my favorite ESC artist ever! Regarding UK debut 'Bigger Than Us', I think it's good! Good luck :D
Mon, 02/11/2019 - 12:41pm
Yeah, it's close, but I have a gut feeling that it'll stay above the competition & my gut feeling is usually right! :) The highest single week climb ever was actually by Justice Crew with 'Que Sera' (40-3). I'd definitely recommend Cascada if they ever come to Croatia & I hope you'll be able to go to that Michael Buble concert! I'm not sure regarding 'Sunflower', but it might be the overplay at this point & the fact that the hype for it dropping fast since the 'Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse' film came out a while ago. I think 'Heroes' is actually my third favourite song to win Eurovision this decade, behind 'Only Teardrops' by Emmelie De Forest & 'Euphoria' by Loreen! I'm glad that you liked the UK's entry! Let me know when Croatia choose theirs & I can't wait to hear it.

Here in Croatia we actually get to see many popular singers, and Austria and Germany aren't too far away! In last 3 years we had Enrique Iglesias, Justin Bieber and Jason Derulo concerts. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see any of these! :(. Have you seen Intro The Spider-Verse? I haven't, and it's a disappointing because I'm big Spider-Man fan! That's even more awesome because those three songs are three out of my four favorite winners, the fourth one is 'Fairytale' by Alexander Rybak in 2009.! 'Euphoria' is my favorite ESC song and you'll see it breaking it on my newest chart! We are having our national selection next this saturday and I'm so excited. Ever since we came back competing for the best song of Europe, we didn't get to choose our artist. This year they've re-introduced 'Dora' so you will finally get to hear a song on ESC that was chosen by both Croatian people and the jury :)

I haven't seen the film either, but there are others one I want to check out beforehand though. I still haven't watched 'A Star Is Born' nor 'Bohemian Rhapsody' yet, haha! I believe 'Fairytale' is still the highest scoring Eurovision song of all-time, at least among the televoting points. It's cool that your entry is being announced tomorrow. I look forward to hearing it then! I'm going to post my new chart later by the way (unfortunately I don't see you liking most of it compared to previous charts of mine because of a certain artist!), but I'll check out yours now.
Tue, 02/12/2019 - 5:45pm
Hey Piran! I've missed so many of your charts, but I haven't had the time to update my own charts for a few weeks. I like seeing 'Sweet But Psycho', 'Bad Liar' and '7 rings' in your top ten, along with 'Don't Call Me Up' reaching your top twenty. It's cool to see 'break up with your girlfriend, i'm bored' and 'bloodline' predicted to enter in your top ten next week. What are your thoughts on Ariana's new album? I personally think it is a great improvement over 'Sweetener'. Can't wait for your next chart!
Fri, 02/15/2019 - 9:35am
Hey Sam! Good to see you back on here (don't worry, I've been very busy too!). I agree with you that 'Thank U, Next' is a better album than 'Sweetener', although I still wouldn't call it her best! Here is how I'd currently rate each track... #1: Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored (9/10) #2: Thank U, Next (9/10) #3: Bad Idea (9/10) #4: Bloodline (8/10) #5: Ghostin' (7/10) #6: 7 Rings (6/10) #7: Needy (6/10) #8: Fake Smile (5/10) #9: Make Up (5/10) #10: NASA (5/10) #11: Imagine (5/10) #12: In My Head (4/10) TOTAL: 78/120 (65%) What do you think of the album as a whole then? Thanks for your comment as always.
Sun, 02/24/2019 - 1:52pm
I honestly expected to be disappointed with the album like I was with 'Sweetener', but I was actually pleasantly surprised! My current favourites are 'Ghostin', 'Bloodline' and 'Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored'. As much as I like the album, I still think 'Dangerous Woman' is her best!

Hello Piran! Really like the big gain for "Saturday Nights" in the top 10, the big gains for "Don't Call Me Up" (future #1 contender for me!) and I like the debuts for "Bury A Friend", "Evacuate The Dancefloor" (Woah! Never expected that!) and "Into You"! I also like the re-entry for "Into You"! I can't wait for your next chart next week!
Fri, 02/15/2019 - 9:41am
Hey Sergej! :) I love that you liked those huge gains for 'Saturday Nights' & 'Don't Call Me Up' this week! Both of those will probably fall back in my upcoming chart because of Ariana, but they should rebound for the week after. 'Evacuate The Dancefloor' actually came back because I saw Cascada when they were in Bristol a couple of weeks ago! I also just left a comment on your new chart & I'll try to have mine up by tonight. Have a good weekend!
