Hey Ben! How you doing? :)
Yeah, 'SOS' was already a global smash to begin with, but I feel that it could've reached its full potential if held off on the release of 'Tough Love' for a little bit longer.
Kygo is another one of my favourite DJs & since there's not one song I dislike from him, I'd highly recommend checking out 'Not OK' when you can!
Jess Glynne is another one of my favourite artists of the decade, so it's almost a given that she'll do well when it comes to my personal charts, haha.
'3 Nights' was actually already a Top 10 hit here a few weeks ago, but I'm not sure if it'll return to that region unfortunately. I'm pleased to hear that you all of the new songs in my Top 10 predictions for next week!
Many thanks for your comment again.
Hey Piran! I definitely like seeing 'SOS' return for another week at #1, and I like that 'Not OK' is your highest debut at #3 as well! It was very nearly a Top 40 hit for me, even if it couldn't quite make it. 'I Don't Care' rebounding to #5 is great, and I really like the #6 debut for 'One Touch' as well. Seeing 'Piece Of Your Heart' rebound into the Top 10 is great, and I really love that #11 debut for 'Cross Me', though I definitely wish it could've debuted just 1 place higher to reach your Top 10 like in the early predictions. The big rebounds for tracks like 'If I Can't Have You', 'Hold Me While You Wait' and 'Old Town Road' are all great, and I like all of the re-entries for 'Mi Persona Favorita', 'Don't Feel Like Crying', 'What I Like About You', 'Someone You Loved' and 'Carry On' as well. Next week I don't mind seeing 'Never Really Over' set to reach #1, though it most likely won't reach my charts, but I do absolutely love seeing 'Find U Again' set for a Top 5 debut! Great chart again! :D
Hey Gameskiller! :)
Yeah, this is the fifth week at #1 for 'SOS' now, but it's looking more vulnerable than ever now, so I think it could be its last.
Hopefully 'Not OK' can still chart for you in the future, because for me, I definitely see it being a #1 in the coming weeks!
Regarding Ed's two songs, I certainly think 'I Don't Care' will stick around for a bit, but I don't know about 'Cross Me' being a Top 10 hit (it's died off on me since I first heard it, but I still like it).
Of those other songs you mentioned, 'Hold Me While You Wait' is the most likely to gain in the next chart!
Next week is set to be another busy one, so it's cool that you're pleased for the expected Top 5 debuts for 'Never Really Over' & 'Find U Again'.
Talk to you again within the next few days & thanks for the comment!
Hey Sergej! :)
This might be 'SOS's final week at #1, but it's been there for five weeks in total now.
'One Touch' should remain in the Top 10 next week, while 'Piece Of Your Heart' might be there!
'Cross Me' actually debuted at #11 & I'm honestly not sure if it'll make the Top 10 in the future.
Thanks for your comment!
Hey Naos! :)
I thought you might like this chart a bit more, given most of the Eurovision songs dropped away as expected.
Yeah, five weeks at the top for 'SOS' now, but I feel like this could be its last unfortunately!
I'm not sure if we'll see anything too big for those returning songs, but yeah, I knew the latter song would immediately grab your interest, haha. Looks like despite my predictions, 'Dancing In The Dark' will become a hit on my personal charts after all!
I'll comment on yours shortly.
Hi Piran! I have a few spare minutes so I figured I'd check out your chart again. It's really nice seeing Avicii back at the top. I believe SOS didn't get the promotion it deserved from his record label and should have been able to perform better on charts worldwide. I haven't yet listened to the new Kygo track, though from his previous tunes such as Remind Me To Forget and Stargazing, I know it'll probably be good. It's nice to see Jess Glynne on your chart, I myself enjoy some of her music. I also like that 3 Nights is stepping closer to the top 10, it's very catchy with it's funk-like bounce of a beat. Next week's top 10 is looking very interesting, it will be quite nice to see a lot of change. I'm very happy that Katy Perry leads the early predictions chart, and I'm happy to see Find U Again, Nightmare and Dancing In The Dark enter the top ten for the first time. I look forward to seeing your chart next week, and as per usual, your response to the charts on a Friday. :)
