Chartbreakers:

The Weeknd continues to dominate the top 40 this week and remains at number one with “In your Eyes” for a second week. ‘Blinding Lights’ climbs back again up to number 2 (surely he won’t return to number 1 again will he?). Meanwhile Dua Lipa just missed out on a number 1 for her new album “Future Nostalgia”, settling at number 2 behind The Weeknd. Dua Lipa does however have 5 songs in the top 40.

The Weeknd may be battling with himself again next week when “In your eyes” and “Blinding Lights” battle it out along with potentially “Physical” by Dua Lipa which was also a climber this week. All three songs have now had stints at number 1.

In terms of new songs, Grimes released her new video this week for “You’ll miss me when I’m not around” which could chart next week. There could also be new entries from Drake, Troye Sivan, The 1975, A Great Big World, Alessia Cara, Hayley Williams, Kygo, Marshmello & Madison Beer. If these songs are not strong enough to enter the chart then there could be potentially some re-entries.

Hey Zack! I loved each and every Dua Lipa's new entries, as well as "In Your Eyes" keeping the top spot! For me, it narrowly missed it this week. I also like the new entries from Hailee Steinfeld, Kygo and The Weeknd's bonus tracks. Finally, I like the fact that "Caution" keeps on ascending in your chart. Loved your chart this week!

Hi Menelaus! Hope you are well. I will be checking your chart as soon as I type this message. I'm guessing Dua Lipa knocked off The Weeknd off the top spot on your chart? Yeah, the Killers make great tunes, always been a fan. The Kygo track is growing on me too. I'm intrigued to check out your chart now...

Hi Zack!

Out of the debuts, I like: "Like It Is", "Break My Heart", "Better Days", "Hallucinate", "Love Again" and "Cool"!
Good chart as always!

I love seeing 'In Your Eyes' at #1 for a second week, along with the debut for 'I Love You's' inside the Top 5, but the highlight for me is the Dua Lipa album bomb, as I'm sure you know by now, haha.
