After a week at #2, The Weeknd and Daft Punk's "Starboy" returns to the top spot for a seventh non-consecutive week. Previous chart-topper "24K Magic" by Bruno Mars falls all the way to #4, behind Clean Bandit's "Rockabye," featuring Sean Paul and Anne-Marie, which returns to its #2 peak, and Ariana Grande featuring Nicki Minaj with "Side To Side," which reaches a new peak of #3. Rounding out the top five is OneRepublic's "Kids," which rebounds 9-5.
Not only is The Weeknd back at #1, he charts two more songs in the top ten: after debuting at #27 last week, his other Daft Punk feature and follow-up single, "I Feel It Coming," leaps to #7; "False Alarm" also returns to the top ten at #10. In addition, Starboy album track "Secrets" is the week's highest debut at #32, while "Rockin'" also debuts in the chart's upper half at #43.
In the top twenty, Rihanna's "Love On The Brain" reaches a new peak at #13, while "On Your Side" by The Veronicas (31-19) and "Scars To Your Beautiful" by Alessia Cara (24-20) make their entrances. A number of double-digit jumps land within the top thirty, including "Slumber Party" by Britney Spears featuring Tinashe (38-24), "Still Falling For You" by Ellie Goulding (65-26), "80s Mercedes" by Maren Morris (58-27), and the week's biggest mover, "Million Eyes" by Loïc Nottet (up 58 from #86 to #28).
Other than the pair of tracks from The Weeknd, nothing debuts in the upper half of the latest Crown 100. Soraya, Starley, and Carrie Underwood all come close, leading a pack of debuts that also includes Rag'n'Bone Man, Robin Schulz and David Guetta featuring Cheat Codes, and Manicanparty. Niall Horan, Tom Zanetti featuring Sadie Ama, JoJo featuring Remy Ma, Drake, and Maty Noyes all re-enter.
