While Crownnote is not a company and makes no money on its own, we encourage you to make individual donations, if you are financially able, toward causes that support Black voices, in the music industry and beyond. We also ask you to reflect on the fact that many of the artists, songwriters, producers, label executives, and industry employees that bring you the music you chart here each week have Black roots, as do genres like country, house, rock, jazz, R&B, and hip-hop that grace our charts each week. Through our Twitter account, we will cease all promotional activity of our own site this week, choosing instead to amplify Black voices and organizations that share in the pursuit of support, empowerment, and equality; and we ask that you will do the same.
