My Top 50 - 07/08/2018

"One Kiss" returns to #1 for record-breaking twelfth week.

After giving Cardi B a week at the top, Dua Lipa and Calvin Harris return to #1 with "One Kiss". This marks the twelfth week for the song at the top of the chart, meaning it breaks Camila Cabello and Young Thug's record of eleven weeks with "Havana". Harris also closes this week's chart with his 2014 single "Outside" featuring Ellie Goulding, from his album Motion. The track has gone as high as #13, although this marks it's fourth week on the chart (which used to be just a top 20 and launched in 2015, well past the original release of the track).

Clean Bandit and Demi Lovato return to their #2 peak with "Solo". The track remains tied with "Sorry not Sorry" as Lovato's highest peaking hit. Cardi B, Bad Bunny and J Balvin drop to #3 with their #1 smash, "I Like It". Cardi follows herself as Maroon 5's "Girls Like You", where she's featured, stays at it's #4 peak.

Former #1 hit "Delicate" returns to the top five, with Taylor Swift switching spots with Selena Gomez, as "Back to You" drops to #6 after having peaked at #4. Another pop diva, Ariana Grande, is steady at #7 with "no tears left to cry", which peaked at #2.

Alessia Cara returns to the top 10 with "Growing Pains", which jumps three spots to #8. Cara has reached top 10 twice before, going as high as #6 both times, with Zedd on "Stay" and solo with "Scars to Your Beautiful".

Showing impressive legs, "All the Stars" moves up to #9 on it's 26th week charting. The Kendrick Lamar and SZA hit trades spots with #9-peaking "Flames" by David Guetta and Sia.

Troye Sivan is looking to collect his second top 10 hit soon as "Dance to This" featuring Ariana Grande moves up to #13. Close behind, Drake gets a new #14 peak for "Nice for What", while Fifth Harmony gets Greatest Gainer honors with "Don't Say You Love Me" and it's jump from #35 to #20. Post Malone enters top 20 for the first time solo, with "Better Now" ranking at #19 this week. Malone has two previous top 10 hits, with 21 Savage on "rockstar" (#7 peak) and the star-studded remix of "Homemade Dynamite" by Lorde which also featured Khalid and SZA (reaching #2).
