These are basically my 40 favourite songs! Updated weekly. The rule is that each song has to have been in either the Official UK Top 40 or the Vodafone Big Top 40. Enjoy!

This week, big news- we have a new #1! Jonas Blue and William Singe's Mama reaches the top spot, becoming only the fourth song to hit #1 this year! Cheat Codes were unable to match Sex's 9 weeks at #1, but 8 is still a huge achievement! Elsewhere in the top 10, David Guetta climbs 1 to #7 and Katy Perry also climbs a place to #9.

Little Mix, Hailee Steinfeld and Luis Fonci all make gains in the top 20, and Sigala reach a new peak of #18 with Came Here For Love. Calvin Harris featuring Pharrell, Katy Perry and Big Sean enter at #19 with Feels, expect this to climb and be a big hit this summer.

There are climbs for Olly Murs and Selena Gomez to new peaks, and DJ Khaled, Rihanna and Bryson Tiller enter at #25 with Wild Thoughts.

After the sad events in London recently, Artists For Grenfell enter at #29 with Bridge Over Troubled Water. And Rita Ora re-enters at #39 with Your Song.
