Hey Piran! 'Diamonds' will definitely keep climbing in the Top 10, especially with 'Love Goes' releasing in just a week's time now, while 'Dream On Me' will probably remain fairly stable next week, though I don't see it climbing to the upper regions of the chart, unfortunately. As for 'positions', the only reason it wasn't in my predictions was because I somehow completely missed that Ariana was even releasing new music until I read this comment haha! After a couple listens I'd probably give it a light 9/10 for now, still a fantastic song, but not among her absolute best work for me (though that is an insanely high bar to pass). I've just updated my predictions to include it! I also only just learnt that she's releasing an entire album next week that I am already extremely hyped for. I was expecting Sam Smith to climb in the Top 10 with 'Diamonds' and probably reach the region with 'My Oasis', as well as for them to have a good few debuts, what with their album releasing on the same day as Ariana's, but now I'm fully expecting her to have a takeover! I don't think she'll hold the entire Top 14 like she did with 'thank u, next' + 'God is a woman' & 'Quit', but 5 in the Top 10 is absolutely possible. Hey Sergej! I'm glad to hear you like the debuts for 'Lonely' and 'Dream On Me'! I think both of them should be staying fairly stable next week, but I can't see either of them reaching much higher than their current positions, unfortunately. I love seeing a new peak for 'Diamonds' inside the Top 10, but what's even better is that 'Dream On Me' debuts on the chart! How high do you see the latter getting?
I'm kind of surprised that 'Positions' isn't in your predictions for next week, especially given how much you like Ariana Grande, but what did you think of the song anyway? For me, it's a light 6/10, with the potential to increase.
