After a record-breaking 9 consecutive weeks at #1, Ariana Grande's 'God is a woman' is finally knocked off the top spot this week as Logic's 'Everybody Dies' climbs a massive 23 places to #1, making it this week's highest climber as well. This follows the release of Logic's 4th and final Young Sinatra mixtape, 'YSIV', which debuts at #1 on the albums chart this week, making Logic the only ever artist to have 2 #1 albums since the album chart's inception in February, as his 'Bobby Tarantino II' mixtape debuted at #1 in March. 'Everybody Dies' becomes Logic's 1st #1 single, beating his previous best of #4 as a featured artist on OneRepubic's 'Start Again'.
Logic has a total of 5 songs in the Top 10 this week, as 'The Return' makes good on its name and climbs 10 places to #6, returning to the Top 10 and beating its debut and peak position of #10. 'ICONIC' featuring Jaden Smith is his highest debut at #8, while 'Ordinary Day' featuring Hailee Steinfeld and '100 Miles and Running' featuring Wale and John Lindahl debut at #9 and #10, respectively. He also has 7 more debuts at #11, #15, #20, #26, #32, #36 and #40, meaning that all 12 proper tracks from 'YSIV' make the Top 40, and making it the 5th album to chart in its entirety, following 'Camila', 'My Dear Melancholy,', 'beerbongs & bentleys' and 'Kamikaze'.
Mega-hit 'God is a woman' drops 1 to #2, and Khalid's #1 competitor 'Better' also drops 1 to #3. Eminem's 'Lucky You', 'Fall' and 'Not Alike' complete the Top 10 at #4, #5 and #7, respectively. The 4 new entries to the Top 10 last week, 'Happier', 'Want To', 'Candy Paint' and 'Electricity' all drop out of the region this week, but all stay in the Top 20, and all definitely have the potential to climb back into the region in the coming weeks! Only 2 non-Logic songs manage to climb this week, so it's a good thing that they're both big climbers. G-Eazy's 'Rewind' featuring Anthony Russo climbs 9 places to a new peak of #22, while the posthumous single from Lil Peep & XXXTENTACION, 'Falling Down', is just 1 place behind at #23, up 11 places. Finally, Post Malone's 'rockstar' becomes just the 2nd song ever to spend an entire year on the chart as it enjoys its 52nd consecutive week on the chart this week! It only trails Ed Sheeran's 'Bloodstream', which has so far spent 73 consecutive weeks on the chart.
Thanks for reading everyone! :D

Hey Piran! For me, 'YSIV' is an album that's good on first listen, but just keeps getting better on each subsequent listen as you pick up on new things. Logic carries great flow and lyricism on all of his tracks, and most tracks either give a good message or tell a good story, particularly 'Street Dreams II' for the latter. 'Falling Down' will likely reach the Top 20 eventually, and I think that 'Rewind' could even reach the Top 10. G-Eazy currently has 2 Top 10s as a lead artist with 'Crash & Burn' and 'Sober', and a #1 as a featured artist on 'Same Bitches', so 'Rewind' could just add onto that!
Hello Gameskiller01!
So much Logic, still only have listened to "One Day" and a bit of "Everybody Dies". Don't know if the album will be good or not good. I'll think about checking it out soon.
Other than that, "Falling Down" gaining is fine i guess, don't know what to think about it.
Still it's great chart!
Hope you have a great week!
Hey Sergej! I definitely recommend listening to 'YSIV'; Logic's one of the best rappers out there at the moment, and 'YSIV' definitely reinforces that. For me, it's a good album on the first listen, but it got better and better with each listen after that! 'Falling Down' will probably gain a bit more to reach the Top 20, but probably won't go further than that. 'Rewind' is more likely to climb higher, and definitely has potential to reach the Top 10! Thanks for the comment! :D
Woah... if that's the impact the new Logic album has on your chart, then I have to check it out! The only song I know from it is 'One Day', which is decent, but I'm looking forward to hearing the rest of those tracks, particularly 'Ordinary Day' with Hailee Steinfeld.
Other than that, it's cool that 'Falling Down' is your biggest climber that isn't from 'YSIV'!
I hope you'll check my new chart when you get the chance & I'll see you soon.
Have a good week!
