My Favourite Songs, Albums and Artists of All Time: https://crownnote.com/charts/gameskiller01/my-favourite-songs-of-all-time

Top albums of the week:

1) Dave - 'PSYCHODRAMA' (=)
2) Ariana Grande - 'thank u, next' (=)
3) Khalid - 'Free Spirit' (Debut)
4) AJ Tracey - 'AJ Tracey' (=)
5) Post Malone - 'beerbongs & bentleys' (=)

With a 5th consecutive week at #1 Dave's 'Lesley' becomes the sole 4th longest running #1 in the history of my chart, and 3rd longest running consecutive #1. If it can manage 1 more week it can match the 6 weeks achieved by Lauren Jauregui's 'Expectations'! Parent album 'PSYCHODRAMA' also manages a 5th week at #1 on its chart, making it the 2nd longest running #1 album ever! It's ahead of the 4 weeks managed by 'Camila', 'Kamikaze' and 'thank u, next', but it is still a long way from matching the 25 non-consecutive weeks (including a consecutive run of 18 weeks) managed by 'beerbongs & bentleys', the current record holder by a mile. Dave also holds at #2 on the singles chart with 'Location'.

At #3 Lewis Capaldi climbs to a new peak with 'Grace' while 'Someone You Loved' holds at #5. In between the 2, Logic sees another big climb as 'Confessions of a Dangerous Mind' climbs 4, now his highest chart position since 'Everybody Dies' reached #1 following the release of 'YSIV' in October. At #8 'God is a woman' climbs 2 to escape from an all-time low since reaching the Top 10 of #10, now on its 38th consecutive week in the region. Steel Banglez sees the biggest climber by far as 'Fashion Week' blasts up 24 places to #9, his 2nd Top 10 as a credited artist after 'Bad' debuted at #1. Featured artist AJ Tracey gets his 1st Top 10, while MoStack gets his 2nd (his other was also on 'Bad'). Immediately after AJ gets his 2nd Top 10 as 'Butterflies' climbs 3 to #10; it's Not3s' 4th (he was also featured on 'Bad', and his Mabel collaborations 'Fine Line' and 'My Lover (Remix)' both reached the Top 10 as well).

AJ climbs again with 'Ladbroke Grove', up 1 to #11, and the highest debut of the week comes from Lil Nas X at #12 with his viral hit 'Old Town Road' - specifically the remix with Billy Ray Cyrus. It's both artists 1st ever chart appearance. Khalid sees a total of 4 entries from 'Free Spirit', which debuts at #3 on the albums chart behind juggernauts 'thank u, next' and 'PSYCHODRAMA', led by 'Hundred' at #19. He also has entries at #25, #29 and #35. 'i'm so tired...' makes a big climb of 10 places to a new peak of #20, MEDUZA debuts at #30 with 'Piece of Your Heart'. 'Bloodstream' reaches its 100th conescutive week on the chart, far ahead of the 2nd longest run on my charts of 74 weeks held by 'rockstar' and the only track to ever reach triple digits.

Thanks for reading everyone! :D

Notable events:

  • Dave's 'PSYCHODRAMA' gets a 5th consecutive week at #1 on the albums chart, making it the 2nd longest #1 run ever
  • It's still a long way off matching 'beerbongs & bentleys' 25 non-consecutive (18 consecutive) weeks at #1, though
  • 'Lesley' holds #1 on the singles chart for a 5th consecutive week, making it the sole 3rd longest consecutive run
  • Lewis Capaldi reaches a new peak of #3 with 'Grace', and still holds 2 of the Top 5
  • Logic sees his highest chart position since 'Everybody Dies' reached #1 as 'Confessions of a Dangerous Mind' climbs to #4
  • 'Fashion Week' is the highest climber by far, up 24 to #9; Steel Banglez' 2nd Top 10, AJ's 1st and MoStack's 2nd
  • 'Butterflies' climbs 3 to #10, AJ's 2nd Top 10 and Not3s' 4th
  • Since AJ also has 'Ladbroke Grove', up 1 to a new peak of #11, he is on all songs from #9 - #11
  • The highest debut is Lil Nas X & Billy Ray Cyrus with 'Old Town Road (Remix)', new at #12
  • Khalid sees 4 entries from 'Free Spirit', led by 'Hundred' at #19
  • 'i'm so tired...' climbs 10 places to #20

Good chart as usual Gameskiller! :)
You probably already know that I like seeing 'Lesley' still at #1, but what I love even more is 'Butterflies' going Top 10 after so long (not so thrilled about 'Fashion Week's big gain though).
It's impressive that 'God Is A Woman' continues to appear in the Top 10 nine months after it first charted!
Outside of that, I'm definitely a fan of the debuts for 'Old Town Road [Remix]' & 'Piece Of Your Heart', as well as the Khalid debuts, particularly 'My Bad'.
I'll respond to you over on OCC shortly!
Have a nice week.

Hey Piran! 'Lesley' will probably be spending at least a little longer at #1, unless something amazing comes to debut at #1, though this will likely be 'Butterflies' only week in the Top 10. If 'AJ Tracey' hadn't been released on the same day as 'thank u, next', the album would've had 'Psych Out!', 'Ladbroke Grove', 'Butterflies' and 'Country Star' all in the Top 10 in the same week, but Ariana took the entire Top 14 and stopped that from happening. 'Fashion Week' will likely keep climbing, though. Given that 'God is a woman' is my 2nd favourite song ever, it shouldn't be too surprising that it's now on its 38th week in the Top 10. If I'd been making charts when 'Bloodstream' was released in 2014, it likely would've spent 100+ weeks in the Top 10 by now (it does manage to spend its 100th week on the chart this week). 'Old Town Road (Remix)' and 'Piece of Your Heart' will both likely make some big gains next week! Thanks for the comment! :D
