Welcome to Matt's Weekly Countdown!

Doechii logs a seventh consecutive week at #1 with "What It Is;" the song ties with Boys World's "Something in the Water" for the most weeks at #1 of 2023. The rest of the top five remains unchanged from last week.

Reneé Rapp's "Too Well" rises one spot to a new peak of #6. Ethel Cain falls one spot to #7 with "Crush." Fly By Midnight's "Different Lives" blasts into the top 10, jumping up 14-8; this marks the duo's fourth top ten from their latest album Fictional Illustrations. Boys World drops one spot to #9 with "Something in the Water." Ethel Cain rounds out the top ten this week with "American Teenager" falling one spot to #10.

Outside of the top 10, MICO's "cut my hair" keeps steady at #11 for a second week. Omar Apollo flies up seven spots to #12 with "Inagine U," becoming the singer's second peak in the top 15. IVE claims the biggest jump of the week and the year so far as "I AM" vaults up 35-14. This week marks the debut of four new artists on the countdown with Véyah's "Better Than the Boys" (#34), Su Lee & Ariza's "Super Happy" (#36), and Bolaget's "Ikväll Igen" (#37) all entering the chart.

The Chainsmokers' "I Love U" exits the countdown this week, marking the official end of the So Far So Good era. The era lasted a total of 69 weeks from the debut of "High" to the exit of "I Love U." The album spawned four number one songs: "High" (5 weeks), "iPad" (5 weeks), "I Hope You Change Your Mind" (1 week), and "I Love U" (10 weeks) as well as four other top five songs and four other top 10 peaks. The Chainsmokers continue their run on the chart with "Up & Down" featuring 347aidan and "Wish on an Eyelash" with Mallrat.
