Kacey Musgraves takes over the top spot this week with "Dime Store Cowgirl," her second time gracing the penthouse since the inception of my chart ("Biscuits" reigned for two weeks last year). The bouncy country ode to never losing that piece of where you came from even as you see the world over is one of my favorite things she's released to date and seeing it fail at country radio was heartbreaking, especially when it sounded like such a hit. Reba McEntire's song in the runner-up position is in a sadly similar boat. Justin Bieber extends his streak of Top 5 hits to three as "Sorry" comes in at #5, while One Direction bust into the Top 10 with "Perfect" to continue their streak of Top 10s ("Steal My Girl" previously reached #9, followed by the #1s "Night Changes" and "Drag Me Down"). Shawn Mendes moves into the Top 20, while Zayn has another impressive week to jump into the Top 30 in his fourth chart week. In only her third chart week, Adele vaults 12 positions to reach the Top 40 with "When We Were Young" in chart week 3. K. Michelle also joins her in the Top 40 with "Not a Little Bit." Two new debuts come this week from the latest releases from Fifth Harmony and Martina McBride.
