Finally moving up from the runner-up spot, Rainey Qualley clinches her first Number One hit on my chart with the jam that is "Me and Johnny Cash." Meanwhile, Justin Bieber cracks the Top 5 for the second time this year (the first being "Where Are U Now") and Toby Keith scores his first ever Top 10 hit with "35 MPH Town" (his only other entry, "Drunk Americans," failed to reach Top 40). "Hello" continues to make quick movement up the chart as she slides into the Top 15 this week, while Darius Rucker jumps into the Top 20 with one of my favorite singles he's ever released. Terri Clark makes a nice move into the Top 30, while Robin Thicke inches up one spot to score his first Top 40 hit with "Back Together." The bottom end of the chart has little movement as only one song leaves, which is replaced by the first Christmas song to ever place on my chart! I'm not the most keen on Christmas music so I originally didn't expect to chart anything of that variety here, but Kellie Pickler's new "My Christmas Caroline" is just too damn good to ignore.
