So The Weeknd has broken KSI's 7 week streak at the top as "save your tears" is the latest sussex chart number 1, it was originally released from his album last year "after hours" but only pushed as a single in the last three months before getting a remix with Ariana Grande which helped it go to the top, it's the weeknd second number 1 after "blinding lights" and if he keeps this up there will be many more to come, elsewhere ksi's "patience" does drop to 2 however KSI is preparing his album to be released soon so there will be some contendors for the Weeknd also close behind is "starstruck" by years & years by making it to number 3 it is thie highest charting single in my chart and by climbing a strong 20 places is definately a contendor for the Weeknd's number 1 spot. Doja cat & SZA's "kiss me more" is another one that is slowly rising and edging closer to the top. The highest new entry was unsurprisingly, Coldplay who have made a suprise return with "higher power" which was the opening of the brits awards on wednesday, Coldplay havent had a number 1 since 2017 but can this end that? further down Moneybagg Yo comes into the chart with "shottas", his first time appaering in my chart at 26 it comes after his new album was released and also Little Mix and Saweetie come into the charts with the remix of "confetti" and the fact that little mix won best group at the brit awards did help this too, songs from the weeknd and Dua Lipa re enter also because of their brit performances

Looking ahead to next week we could be seeing new entries from Elton John & years & years, twenty one pilots, moneybagg yo, olivia rodrigo, katy perry, bugzy malone and maybe even more
