Chart

Aided by the new Harry’s House, “As It Was” earns a seventh week at Number 1

Supported by his third studio album Harry’s House, the brilliant Harry Styles earns a seventh week at Number 1 with “As It Was”. His new album is the most-streamed album of the week by far, surpassing over one hundred streams. He crushes his closest competitor, Lizzo’s “About Damn Time”, supported by over thirty combined streams. With seven non-consecutive weeks atop the chart, “As It Was” marks Harry Styles his longest-running Number 1-hit of all time, surpassing his 2020-hit “Watermelon Sugar” which spent six weeks leading the list.

Meanwhile, Harry’s House second single “Late Night Talking” debuts at #3. The song is supported by an incredible performance at the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge. It is the second most-streamed song off the new album. It becomes Harry’s ninth Top 10-hit as a solo artist on my chart, following big hits such as “Adore You”, “Golden” and “Sign of the Times”. Also counting his singles with One Direction, “Late Night Talking” marks Styles’s twenty-fifth Top 10-single. With a possible music video in the making, “Late Night Talking” could climb even higher, possibly to the top of the list.

Further down, Disclosure and Raye move into the Top 10 with their hypnotic “Waterfall”. The single is Disclosure their third Top 10-entry on my personal chart, following 2012’s break-out hit “Latch” [#9] and 2019’s “Talk” [#10] with Khalid. It also marks Raye her third Top 10-single; she previously scored big hits with “You Don’t Know Me” [#5] and “BED” [#4].

At #19, Mabel debuts with her new synth-inspired single “Overthinking” featuring 24kGoldn. The duo previously collaborated on the #2-hit “Tick Tock” with Clean Bandit in 2020. The single is the follow-up to Mabel her Top 10-anthem “Let Them Know” and the Jax Jones-produced “Good Luck”, which sadly underperformed and became her first single in nearly four years to miss the Top 10. Perhaps her newest “Overthinking” will be a return to form, it’s off to a strong start anyway. Today, the Brit popstar also announced her second studio album About Last Night, due to be released in two weeks.

At #23, Sam Fender debuts with “Getting Started”, taken from his massively successful LP Seventeen Going Under. The album’s title track and third single “Spit of You” both peaked at Number 1 and have become Fender’s most-successful songs on my chart to date. The new “Getting Started” is supported by a great new music video. At #36, Dutch-Molokan talent Zoë Tauran makes her Top 40-debut with “Solo” featuring the controversial rapper Bilal Wahib. Finally, at #39, Irish darling Dermot Kennedy debuts with the incredible “Something to Someone”; the highly anticipated follow-up to his Number 1-single “Better Days”.

Hey Link!
Nice to see "Waterfall" in the top 10, as well as the debuts for "Late Night Talking", "Overthinking", "Getting Started" and "Something To Someone".
Great chart!

Absolutely adore this chart.

Interesting to see As It Was reign for a 7th weeek which is also +1 in the UK.

That album is fucking awesome production and writing skills leaving the listener not skip any song on the album.

Nice to see Lizzo contending for the top spot. That's a huge shot debut for Late Night Talking. Like the rebound of Sweetest Pie. Lowly debut of Dermot Kennedy nic3 song .looking forward to next week chart .You should definitely check out mine you will love it! Have a fantastic weekend

Hey Link! Harry's doing well here isn't he?! Elsewhere, its nice to see Waterfall make the top 10, along with House on Fire and Crazy What Love Can Do rebounding! The debuts for Mabel and Sam Fender are great to see, along with SUPERMODEL climbing! Its also amazing to see Dermot debuting, and I hope Tate's album can allow what would you do? to climb!

Great chart!
