Hey Piran! I absolutely love 'Old Town Road' making that massive climb to #1, though I am very surprised it managed to beat 'Piece of Your Heart' given that it wasn't even in your Top 10 predictions last week! I also really like the #12 debut for 'All Day and Night', and the climb for 'Here With Me'. Other than those there's nothing else amazing for me this week, but I do love that 'SOS' is set to go straight in at #1 for you next week, and that 'All Day and Night' is set to climb into the Top 10! It's really good to hear some of the stuff Avicii was working on before he passed. Great chart again! :D

Yeah, it was such a huge surprise for me, since I don't think I've underestimated a song this much in a long time! That said, the remix & the meme surrounding 'Old Town Road', combined with the fact that it crossed over to radio & is super catchy, is what ultimately drove it to #1! It won't last for long though, as Avicii looks to be breaking records with his debut next week.
'All Day & Night' is almost definitely going Top 10 at this point, while 'Here With Me' has a solid chance of doing the same too!

Yeah, my week's been good thanks! How yours been?
Most of the Eurovision entries will drop slightly in the next month, but they'll all surge when the final happens in about five weeks from now, at least that's what usually happens.
'Shallow' will drop off again slightly after this week & while I'm not sure if 'Old Town Road' will get any more weeks at #1, it won't fall away too fast either!

I like seeing "Old Town Road" reach #1, though that huge gain was unexpected, along with "Con Calma" and "Favorite Sound" hitting new peaks. But what I might like most of all is seeing "AIAIAI" debut! I don't expect it to get too high, but cool nonetheless. Sucks to see "Sucker" drop out so quickly though.

I'm not sure if you know me well enough, but if you do, you'll know I'm dreading #4 in your predictions.

Yeah, I love 'Old Town Road' as you know, but the remix really crept up on me even more throughout the week, haha.
I don't think 'Con Calma' will be getting higher at this point, but I'm sure 'Favourite Sound' & 'AIAIAI' can, even if either aren't going to be massive on my chart!

Hi Piran. I really like to see the big leap of "Old Town Road" to the summit. Equal in my personal chart (to publish in a few hours), Lil Nas X rides with his horses direct to No.1 from the No. 15 in a single week. This is very unusual, my record has Will Young's "Leave Right Now" who did a 19-1 in January 2004. A curiosity, what's the record of the biggest jump to No. 1 in your charts? A hug.

I'm very pleased to hear that we have the same #1 this week, although this'll probably be the only week 'Old Town Road' gets at the top for me, since 'SOS' might break a Crown Note record for its debut next week!
I'll have to look back at my chart archives this week & get back to you on that, but I'm fairly sure it's the greatest gain to #1 since I joined this site (back in November 2016).

Surprised to see "Old Town Road" at #1, what caused it to gain so quick in your chart, it's not the remix with Billy Ray Cyrus or that challenge that has gone viral right now? Is it?
I also like seeing "Piece Of Your Heart" at #2 and "Harmony Hall" reaching the top 10!
And the debuts for "She Got Me" and "Cool" are great as well, the former being a great song for Eurovision, hope Luca goes to the top 3 there in Eurovision!

I think both of those things helped to get 'Old Town Road' to #1, especially the remix, but it's also the fact that it crossed over to radio & it's been growing on me so much over the past week due to its catchy hook, although I liked the song beforehand anyway as you know.
I don't think 'Piece Of Your Heart' nor 'Cool' will be getting any higher, but 'Harmony Hall' has a chance to fo so, while 'She Got Me' seems even more likely to climb!
The bookmakers currently have 'She Got Me' in third, but you know how hard Eurovision is to predict in the final month building up to it. I think it'll finish at least Top 10, probably Top 5, but not sure about Top 3 for now. What is looking likely right now is that 'Arcade' will win by a big margin.
