Week 45
It is 'Incredible' news for Gary Barlow who, after six weeks, can add another No. 1 single to his name as the swing single leaps six places to the top of the chart this week. Had it not debut early last week, it would've debuted straight at the top, thereby giving him his second debut No. 1 single.
Commiserations then to Ariana Grande, who despite an album release, has failed to retain the top spot from last week. This week 'positions' slides down just a place to give her a silver medal. Nonetheless, she gets to boast the week's highest new entry, '34+35', which comes in hot at No. 7.
A drop of one place means this marks the end of All Time Low's impressive 1-2-1-2 chart run for 'Summer Daze (Seasons, Pt. 2)'. Fellow album track 'Basement Noise' joins its one-place descend to No. 10, while single 'Sleeping In' collapses eight places to No. 16. 'Glitter & Crimson' however, sidesteps the descending pattern and rebounds up a place to No. 9.
After spending four weeks stranded at No. 3, Sigala's 'Lasting Lover' finally departs and lands a place below it. The Top 5 is completed with 24kGoldn's 'Mood', which stays stationary this week.
A new lyric video with a more upbeat tempo meant that Becky Hill manages to find 'Space' in the chart to debut at No. 8 while Sam Smith, following their album release, makes a return to the chart with 'Diamonds' while gaining a new peak of No. 12 after dropping out last week.
Near the bottom, 'TROLLZ' by 6ix9ine enters at No. 18 while MEDUZA and Dermot Kennedy's collaboration 'Paradise' lands at No. 19.

Hey Rector! :)
It's cool to see yet another Gary Barlow song lead your charts, along with the debut for '34+35' in the Top 10.
Finally, the re-entry for 'Diamonds' & the new entry for 'Paradise' are both awesome too!
Nice chart as usual.
