Tahiem's Top 10 (Songs Of The Summer)

Here we are in the midst of dry heat and day after day of days over 110 degrees or 40 Celsius if you’re me………… or the rest of the world

Here in Chandler Arizona, but one thing is guaranteed to cool myself down are these refreshing tracks composing my seasonal, dearly missed top songs of the summer, 2023!!!!!!!!!!

Sooooooooooo many stellar artist have been discovered since I have started this chart back in summer of 2017, and this has been quite the past 6 years both inside and outside of the music world. I’ve discovered the emergence and take over of LAYA who ’s music I have found myself have found completely immersed with upon discovery. And last weeks chart topper Coco Jones, who’s currently leading the race to be holder of the coveted “Song Of The Summer” holder with ICU. Will she get to “C” another week at #1? Potentially tying or possibly breaking the record for the all time record? We’ll have to wait until next weeks anticipated chart to see! Speaking of LAYA, This past Friday she released the highly anticipated “F’d Up” as well as a fiery lyric video to go with the confident & catchy tune, entering could possibly make her a contender for the top spot!

Stationed in the runner up spot is Etta Bond and A2 both making their first appearance, who also maybe a contender as the song continues to furiously gain steam…..

Bronze spot retracts OutKast & Cee-Lo with former #1 “In Due Time”

Notching down 1 place is Dixon with the lushful “KREAM” to 5

Numero Cinco we have JIgga man falling 1 spot with the former chart topper “Cashmeres Thoughts”

At six is SAULT with “God Is On Your Side”

#7 falling two spots is LAYA with the remix of “Closed Case”

Place 8 is Mary J. Blige a live rendition of “Not Gon’ Cry”

The weeks hot shot debut and only debut is Destiny’s Child with “Bootylicious”

And closing out the chart sliding down four places to #10 is the late Patsy Cline with “I Fall To Pieces”

See you next week to track the tunes climbing up the charts and the soundtracks of the summer!
