RandomGuy Weekly Chart

CSurprise!! 'Dusk Till Dawn' steals #1 from Bruno Mars & Cardi B and 'Finesse'. That's indeed a shocking news considering that Bruno is my favorite artist and that I really tried to make 'Finesse' Bruno's first #1 ever. However, I got to play it fair and congratulate to ZAYN (and Sia) on first #1! 'Dusk Till Dawn' also becomes ZAYN's second TOP 3 song ever, after 'I Don't Wanna Live Forever' (feat. Taylor Swift) peaked at #3 last year. This is the fifth week for "Dusk Till Dawn" inside the TOP 5, and first week inside the TOP 3. 

While it hasn't topped the chart, this was still a great week for "Finesse" which climbed three spots on extremely stacked top. I don't have to waste words and time anymore for Bruno and his incredible talent and music, so I'll just tell that 'Finesse' should be rivaling for #1 in next coming weeks with any song that comes up. 

After topping the first chart of 2018, "More Than You Know" by Axwell /\ Ingrosso drops two positions. It still holds many "points" and it will definitely stick, if not in the TOP 5, then TOP 10 for a while, sure! "Mama" by Jonas Blue and William Singe hits its tenth week inside the TOP 5, after topping the chart for a record nine-week period. 

Enrique Iglesias gets his first TOP 5 song with "El Bano". I think its a great song and it should definitely stick inside the TOP 10 for a while. If you didn't know, Enrique is my third favorite artist all-time :). His "Subeme La Radio" peaked at #6 in 2017. "River" and "Wolves" trade places, with both of them remaining very strong. If this week wasn't so competitive, they would definitely deserve a higher place on my chart. But as I've mentioned, this has been one of the most competitive weeks ever on my charts - with like six or seven songs that could top the chart! 

Avicii did not debut with "Without You", as it has charted at #2 last week. I don't know why it says that it's debuting. "Lonely Together" also drops a lot, falling to #11. Songs that separate Avicii's hits are "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran and "Something Just Like This" by The Chainsmokers & Coldplay. "Perfect" becomes Sheeran's second TOP 10 song, after "Castle On The Hill" (which has also peaked at #9, the position "Perfect" holds this week). "Perfect" is very likely going to be Sheeran's highest-peaking song on the next chart (it would definitely peak inside the Top 5 if the chart wasn't so competitive). The latter song marks its 32nd week on my chart and 23rd week inside the TOP 10, trailing only behind "Closer" by...guess who (The Chainsmokers, of course!), which had 32 weeks inside the TOP 10. 

Speaking of "Closer", it hits its 37th week on the chart this week (current record). Since its first week on my chart, "Closer" has never been charting outside the TOP 20 (and only four times outside the TOP 10!). But everything has to come to the end, and so does "Closer". But not just yet :). It might not chart "100 weeks" as I've once said it could, but it will definitely stretch out its record for most total weeks charting :). "Starboy" by The Weeknd, has strangely, been doing good lately. I'm not sure for how much longer can it chart, definitely not sure about the 30-week mark, but its nice to see it here. 

Some long stories short - "Havana" rises from #18 to #14, "Stargazing" gains six positions, "I Feel It Coming", "Good Life", and "Despacito" all drop as well. Debuts for "Anywhere" by Rita Ora, "Echame La Culpa" by Luis Fonsi and Demi Lovato, "The Spectre" by Alan Walker, "What About Us" from P!nk, "Let Me Go" by Hailee Steinfeld, Alesso ft. Florida Georgia Line, watt, "For You" by Rita Ora and Liam Payne, "Whatever It Takes" by Imagine Dragons. Re-entries for some of the "familiar" songs on my chart as well.

With very exciting week behind us, I'm happy to tell that the next week is going to be even better. On the next chart, I will post a "Camila" review (I got it done already, but I've decided to save it for the next week), there should be some new debuts and more excitement!
