Hey Piran! Did Doja just have the longest climb up to number 1 ever? Or has she returned to the top? I like the re-entry for "Fuego". Nice to see Katrina & The Waves enter the chart after that sing along on Saturday and the new entry from Sam Fischer. Have you seen the beef/news between 6ix9ine and Ariana/Justin. Interesting that both songs are very low in your chart. I can't stand 6ix9ine, he really annoys me!

Hey Zack! :)
No, this is the first time Doja Cat has been #1 for me & yes, 'Say So' does complete the longest time to #1 ever here on Crown Note!
I loved 'Europe: Shine A Light' on Saturday night, which is what caused the big re-entry for 'Love Shine A Light' in particular! Unfortunately, I don't see the Eurovision hype lasting as long this year, as we should drop down to about four or five songs from the contest next week, which is less than half of how many we got this week.
'This City' has been growing on me a lot lately, but it's the Luca Shreiner remix (as played on Capital FM) that really helped it debut on this chart!
I have seen the Billboard chart controversy between them. I don't think Ariana & Justin have done anything wrong! 6ix9ine is just a troll & a snitch.
Either way, you'll be pleased to hear that 'Gooba' will be knocked back slightly, as will 'Stuck With U' (as the latter got overshadowed by 'Rain On Me' for me over the weekend, haha!).
Thanks for the comment!

Man, this chart is awesome. I absolutely love Say So at #1, and I’m really excited to see Someday at #2 as well as Shooting Star in at #34 (fun fact: I was about to recommend that song to you!). Elsewhere, the gains for In Your Eyes and, Rockstar and the debut for This City are great to see. I expected the Eurovision songs to come back after that mini-event on TV too. As a whole, awesome chart again mate! ;)
PS: I accidentally deleted my own chart last night, but I’ll retry later tonight.

Hey Coolocelot! :)
I'm glad you like 'Say So' finally taking the top spot, but I already knew you would be pleased with the #1, haha! Did you know that with its 18th week on the chart, it completes the longest climb to #1 ever since I joined Crown Note?
As for next week, Doja Cat might kind of replace herself at #1 with her remix of 'In Your Eyes' (although only The Weeknd will be credited, as his original version charted first).
'Shooting Star' is also looking like it will be in the Top 5 next week, maybe even as high as the runner-up spot!
'Someday' might fall down a little, but it won't be far at all! Meanwhile, 'This City' & 'Rockstar' could be in the Top 10, but I've still got to hear 'Notes On A Conditional Form' by The 1975, so that could change everything if they manage a big album bomb.
The Eurovision impact will die down a bit next week, but we could still see up to five songs from it charting in the upcoming chart!
Thanks for the comment as usual mate.
I'll check out your new chart now!

Hey Piran, hope all is well! Great seeing Say So at #1, probably my favourite song of the year! Love seeing In Your Eyes rise, hope it can climb further next week. :)

Hey Ben! :)
I'm doing okay thanks! Hope you are too.
I'm glad you're loving 'Say So' at #1! This is actually the longest climb ever to the top spot on my personal charts for a song (18 weeks). I think this'll be its only week there though, given all the competition that's coming up beneath it!
'In Your Eyes' might actually be the song to replace it next week, thanks to the remix with Doja Cat.
Thanks for the comment!

Finally Doja Cat climbs to #1! I really like your Eurovision-throwback this week and the re-entry's for all these great songs. Did you enjoy the Shine a Light-tv show last week?

Hey Davyl! :)
Yeah, it took 'Say So' a massive 18 weeks to get there, but yeah, it's one of my favourite songs of 2020 so far, so it deserves to be #1.
I loved 'Europe: Shine A Light' last week! It obviously wasn't the same as an actual contest, but hey, it was the nearest we were going to get under the current conditions. Besides, it looks like the contest will come back even bigger & better as Rotterdam will have the opportunity to host the contest in 2021 too!
Thanks for the comment as usual.
I'll check out your new chart now!

I also enjoyed it! Although all the 'stay safe' messages were a bit depressing. The Dutch team did well, especially with the special performances. It bodes well for 2021.

Hi Piran!
Nice to see "Say So" at #1 and the big gain for "In Your Eyes"!
And as for the Eurovision takeover, nice to see songs old and new there!
Great chart!
Check out my chart as well, you won't believe what happened there!

Hey Sergej! :)
Glad you're liking 'Say So' at #1! It's incredible how this song debuted on my charts back in January, yet it's only now hitting the top spot in May.
'In Your Eyes' might even dethrone it next week, thanks to the remix with Doja Cat. Yeah, it's a really big week for her!
I think there could be up to five Eurovision songs charting next week, including a couple more re-entries from this year's entries.
Thanks for the comment!
I can't wait to check out how much it impacted your own chart.
Have a good weekend!

I like seeing Doja Cat Say So reaching number 1 finally it was a long climb considering you introduced the Song to me ended up reaching number 1 on my chart before yours just kidding! !!
I like the new entries "Summer Feelings ",This City "
I like the gains for "In Your Eyes ","Don't Rush ", "Rockstar ", & as well as "Gooba" very interesting Doja Cat has a few entries on your chart, the voice sounds sexy ( Doja's ) .Especially Like That it's my favourite after Say so.
This week I've gone back to listening Say so original because remix was too much playing lol. As for Boss B*** that one is a bit irritating for me !
Great chart!

Hey Brandy! :)
Haha, yeah, it took 18 weeks to reach #1 on my chart! That's actually the longest climb to the top ever for a song since I joined Crown Note in late 2016.
'Summer Feelings' will drop out of the Top 10 next week unfortunately, but 'This City' will probably jump a few places (thanks to the Luca Shreiner remix on Capital FM!).
'Don't Rush' & 'Rockstar' might even climb enough to make the Top 10 for the first time, while 'Gooba' will hold steady!
'Like That' definitely needs to be the next single from 'Hot Pink'! 'Boss B**ch' is probably my least favourite of the three songs that are currently charting for her, but it still managed to grow on me a lot thanks to some awesome production, although I do agree that Doja Cat herself does sound a bit annoying in the second verse of the song.
Regarding 'Say So', it's still the Nicki Minaj remix that's getting more plays than the original for me!
Thanks for the comment as usual! I'll check out your latest chart now.
Have a good week!

Hey Piran! It's great to see 'Say So' finally reaching #1 this week, with it having the longest ever climb to #1 for you on CrownNote at 18 weeks! I also like the debut for 'Summer Feelings' at #5, and I really like the big climbs for 'In Your Eyes' and 'ROCKSTAR' to just outside the Top 10! The smaller climb for 'Don't Rush' is also good to see. Looking to next week it's fantastic to see that 'In Your Eyes' is set to climb all the way to #1, and it's also great that 'Rain On Me' is set to debut at #3 and 'ROCKSTAR' and 'Don't Rush' are both set to climb into the Top 10! 'After Hours' climbing to #2 on the albums chart is really good as well. Great chart again! :D

Hey Gameskiller! :)
Glad you're loving 'Say So' at #1 this week! Everyone seems to be enjoying that, but did you know that it's also my third favourite song of 2020 now? The two songs that are currently ahead of it on the leaderboard are 'Body Back' & 'Blinding Lights'.
'Summer Feelings' will take a relatively big second week drop unfortunately, but 'In Your Eyes' is only just getting started thanks to the Doja Cat remix & should give The Weeknd his second #1 from 'After Hours'. I don't know if The Weeknd will get the #1 album though, with The 1975 & Kygo set to dominate there over the next couple of weeks!
'Rockstar' & 'Don't Rush' are still on course to reach the Top 10, but I'd be surprised if either of them managed to make into the Top 5.
'Rain On Me' might not be as good as 'Shallow' for me, but it's still going to be massive here for a while, especially with Lady Gaga releasing 'Chromatica' next Friday.
Thanks for the comment as usual!

Can't say a lot about these debuts, but it's cool to see ABBA debut. I like seeing "Don't Rush" hit a new peak, and I don't mind "Say So" going to #1.

Hey Naos! :)
Yeah, most of the debuts this week are either from 'Forza Horizon 4' or Eurovision, so I didn't expect you'd have heard of any of those.
'Waterloo' would definitely be a re-entry if I backdated my charts far enough, but glad you like it regardless!
This'll be the only week 'Say So' gets at the top unfortunately, but you'll be pleased to hear that I think the Japanese version might rebound next week & that 'Don't Rush' should make its way into the Top 10.
Thanks for the comment!
